About this event
In 1971 Grand Funk Railroad sold out Shea Stadium faster than The Beatles. That tells you everything. This relentless, hard-charging Michigan trio powered their way to the top on sheer volume and working-class swagger, becoming one of the most successful American rock bands of the early 70s. We’re An American Band, I’m Your Captain, Some Kind of Wonderful. Decades later, the thunder still rolls. Come prepared for the full force of it.
Listed by Visit Calhoun County (The Events Calendar), JamBase: United States and Songkick: United States, gathered by the Oxford events calendar.
